References: In Ocean City, Maryland, there is a restaurant called Fager’s Island. Each night they play Tchaikovsky’s 1812 overture. The music starts at a low volume and gradually gets louder, building to a crescendo that is timed perfectly so that the final climax of the song coincides with the exact moment that the sun disappears in a fiery blaze below the horizon across the bay.
