I had no idea he’d died until I read this post/haiku.

My husband met Michael Jackson back in 1995 (I think) when he had a homebrew shop (which is no more, alas). MJ came by to check out the brews at The Ship Inn in Milford, NJ. My husband helped them get their brewing license when their incompetent attorney nearly ruined it for them. Anyway, MJ kindly signed a copy of one of his beer books. The one thing hubby remembered was that MJ had a very distinctive tie - one with small pics of MJ himself!

Egomanic, sure. ;-) But, boy, did he know beer! :-)

    Hi Nancy,
Thank you for sharing that story and welcome to Beer Haiku Daily.

    Cheers!
